Rhythm training should be an essential part of tennis training. With a good rhythm, the individual strokes are repeated as often as possible, which strengthens the technique and makes the player less prone to faults. In this video, Timo Göbel and I present our top 10 tennis rhythm drills, which you can also play on your own without a coach. They are also perfect preparation for the clay court season.
